OLIVE OIL

Olive has been cultivated over 4500 years within the East Mediterranian Region. Olive and the olive oil extracted by mechanical and natural process is considered the most healty oil, and one of the main nutrition of Mediterranian people.

Olive and olive oil we supply is outcome of such a tradition of over 4500 years, from the mainland of Olive.

The qualities in our range are:

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a free acidity (oleic acid) of Max 1.0 % (mostly used for salad dressing and cooking)
  • Virgin Olive Oil, with a free acidity (oleic acid) of Max 2.0 %, (mostly used for general purpose and cooking)
  • Refined Olive Olive Oil with a free acidity (oleic acid) of Max 0.3 % (mainly used as frying oil)
  • Olive Oil (Rivieara with a free acidity (oleic acid) of Max 1.5 % (mostly used for general purpose where specific taste and smell is not prefered)

Our standard packings are:

  • For retail are 250 ml, 500 ml (½ Lt), 1000 ml (1 Lt) and 2 Lt, both glass and pet bottles
  • For commercial uses are 5 Lt, 10 Lt, 18 Lt tins and 55 Gal drums
